Goodwill- Life Launch and Youth Build
Both programs offer training and support for Youth 17-24 years old. The Life Launch program offers x-offender youths a pathway from the participant’s exposure to the Judicial system to transitioning to the work environment and back to society. The Youth Build program offers training in some of the top careers identified as in-demand. Youth Build can enroll both x-offenders and youth with no exposure to the Judicial system. Putt for Purpose Mini-Golf Fundraiser Jan. 27t to benefit AUCP programs which provide educational and social opportunities for individual with varying disabilities. (found on website and Facebook page- www.alucp.org.)
Ability Works Activity Program Speakers- are always looking for individuals to speak, present, or lead an activity for our Ability Works Members. Our members have varying physical and/or mental disabilities and Love learning new things. Contact Joyce Bowers at 814-262-9600 ext 150
Katelyn Clem provided the monthly Treasurer’s report
Davina Bixby reminded everyone about renewing their memberships and that the forms were available at the meeting in hard copy. Davina also announced that the new website is up and running and that the new email address is active. Davina did remind everyone that the domain has changed and it is printed on the monthly agenda.

Davina also did a call out for anyone interested in helping with Kids-a-Fair this year. Riley McDonald from Beginnings Inc will chair the committee.
Lois Shultz of Home Nursing Agency and the Nurse Family Partnership presented a slide show information attendees about the Nurse Family Partnership program. She provided information regarding the outcomes of the program, the program success stories, and how new expectant mothers can qualify and be referred to the program.
